Amazing how far Duke has come. I guess they give me hope.

15 years ago we were doing exactly what Duke is currently doing. 15 years before that we were ranked top 5 in the country. 15 years before that we were worse than we are now.

We've done it before, we'll do it again. It's all cyclical as far as the SU program is concerned. The admin deemphasizes it and doesn't invest - it dwindles into the crapper, they start investing again, it gets better and then eventually really good, they get lackadaisical and back to the crapper we go. It's basically the m.o. of every P5 school that isn't a factory.

Can't play that card. You need a graduate school program that your original school does not offer, and Ohio State has a graduate J school.

Does their J school offer an Online Journalism degree with a Sport Communication emphasis?

We're not beating Florida State next year regardless of who is their QB. If they get Miller then the chances are better that they represent the conference well. For now we have to hope others succeed at a high level while we are working on the foundations.

The ACC needs more than FSU to be a national contender. I don't root against them but I wouldn't like Miller on FSU.

I heard that UABs stud RB(has two years left) is deciding between Vandy and Indiana. Indiana already grabbed a UAB WR transfer, Hawkins, who is a good player. the QB, Clements, transferred to South Alabama.

Indiana is smart to be that aggressive. UAB has some quality players

I don't know. I can look up the threads where no one said we'd ever beat Clemson this year at their place - and then all th threads about how close we were. Footballs an odd sport. Odds are against us - but I really hate saying we have no shot.
