Sounds like he can enroll, the Tuesday deadline was a self imposed one Syracuse uses for regular students. I am sure they can work something out for Roberson.

Has anyone seen him in playing in the preseason on campus? Can't wait to see his impact and whether he can get significant minutes. Went back and looked at his tapes. He is the most complete forward we have gotten in a long while.

The 6-foot-9 forward out of Roselle (N.J.) Catholic is currently taking courses at Syracuse, the source said, and had been anxiously waiting to see if his transcript met the NCAA’s minimum standards for incoming student-athletes to be eligible to play as freshmen.

A source told syracuse.com this morning that the NCAA had approved Roberson's high school transcript, which had been held up for more than two weeks.

"He's fully cleared,'' the source said. "It looks like he's good to go.''

Syracuse's fall semester began last week, but according to the source, Roberson is currently in Syracuse and will take classes for the first time today. A second source also confirmed this information.

"He's there now,'' the first source said.
