How does everyone feel about Providence's chances of getting a berth? I ask because I noticed they are 500 to 1 at my sports book to win it all. Might be worth putting a few bucks on that. They have been playing very well lately.

Just noted them as one of the big winners this week. 2-0 with two Q1 wins, may be enough to take them from no mentions to close to 50%. I believe that on Monday per the matrix they will be either the last team in or first team out.

So they could certainly make it, but they can't slide at all.

Like the Big10 the metrics are working really good for the Big East this year... perhaps even better. The Big East is very deep in terms of OK Teams -- none are close to being bad. Every team in the conference has a NET of 75 or better. 5 of them are 30 or better.

So basically in the Big East
- No bad losses are possible
- All road games are Q1 games
- Half the home games are Q1 win opportunities.
- Looks like 70% of their teams will end up being tourney teams (7 of 10)

The Big Ten, the Big East and the Big12 are really dominant this year when it comes to metrics (i.e. opportunity for quality wins) because of their depth,
