Bubble Watch - Conf Tourney Saturday (Still Alive)

The issue was a team that won 6 top 50 games and did not make the NCAA Tournament. In 2011, Colorado did. The 2015 Colorado State team did not have 6 top 50 wins.

It wasn't 2015.

I find it funny how Palm hammers our # of road wins but haven't seen him hammering Vandy who would be the first team ever to make it with 15 losses. He only wants to report the facts that suit his projections.

Whoa, Vandy had 6 wins on the road compared to our 2. They beat Fla and Ark on the road which is impressive. Also beat Fla, a tourney team 3x, thats tough to do.

Welp. OT may decide our fate. Though, I think they put in URI anyway, but can't have Richmond beat VCU then URI. How we aren't ahead of Wake, KState, and USC is beyond me.

only 10 people know if we are. when they had ncaa guy on between bigten games they said 4 teams for 13 spots with 2 of them being teams that could be aq

You twerps better be right about VCU. If they win this game and tomorrow they get a 11 seed or play-in game and SU is the last team out I'm coming after all of you.

if they win today and tommorrow there exempt from playing in unless there considering 4 worst aq

If a 15 loss SEC team makes the tourney, we should as well.

Why? They went out and played: Marquette, Butler, MTSU, Minny, and Dayton in the OOC. 5 tourney teams! We played 2 tourney teams in the OOC, South Carolina and wisky. And they won 6 games on the road. No comparison.

vandy should be confortably in as a 10 or 11 though getting beat soundly by arkansas

Rhode Island is going to win tomorrow. They're the better team.

My point is I think VCU is squarely on the bubble based on their resume and what the committee has done with their selections over the last two or three seasons. Everyone else thinks they're a lock.

They played 7 conference games against NCAA tournament teams out of 18 games.
We played 11 conference games out of 18 against NCAA tournament teams.

We played the harder schedule. Beating Missouri/Auburn/Ole Miss/LSU on the road congrats you have more dregs in conference to beat on the road. We play Pitt, Clemson, NC State all way tougher "easy" games over the crap at the bottom of the SEC.

And UConn losing tonight

i have both resumes in view and vcu's is better and hard to leave out a team with 12 or 13 top 100 rpi wins. i think k state is more vulnerable than a lot of people as there non conf sos and lack of top 100 rpi wins are shaky enough to be right on the bubble line
