No it didn’t. They got it wrong.

If a player is OOB and touches the ball its dead there and goes to whoever had possession. Buffalo got burned a similar play last year

The one angle it looked like it, just because the depth perception.

They made the wrong call twice on that play, amazingly enough.

It WAS recovered in bounds (no ref was saying the ball glance off Fryermuth in real time) and then that HAD to be their justification which the other angle showed didn't happen.

So basically the League called in to keep the game close.

The angle facing the opposite end zone clearly showed it missing the helmet.
