As long as Broncos beat the Chargers that takes the #7 off the table so I agree not much difference between 5 and 6 seeds so sit everyone in Week 18 at the Jets.

I think McDermott has had a pretty good year. The defense has improved night and day from where it was early in the season. Coaching is only going to get you so far. The Bills have to run gimmick plays to get 10 yards because no one can create separation.

Hard to argue with your point (definitely prefer 6 over 7) but I’ll say this- this offense is broken, and not just because of today. How much of that is Allen being injured, I don’t know. But what I feel confident in is that something has to change or we’re likely heading home week one. An offense with a top 3 QB and RB in the league should not be struggling to score to the degree we are. Obviously the WR situation is a disgrace as we’ve all been saying since August, but there are bigger issues here.
 
I don’t care what any body claims. Josh misses huge throws in huge situations . He’s great overall . And he doesn’t always miss the big throws , but if he’s going to be compared to the greats of all time , he misses too many easy throws for me to put him up there with the pantheon. Missed easy many throws the last two years vs KC in the playoffs .

Bills have to win even if the Chargers lose next week to get the 6th seed
 
None of next Sunday's game times has been set. Broncos v Chargers will almost certainly be a later afternoon game. So Bills would not know the results in advance unless the Bills get moved to the Sunday night spot.

I kind of do too if they win the first game
 
Losing sucks, but honestly it's not the worst thing in the world. Now starters can be rested next week and hopefully get Josh's legs as healthy as possible for the playoffs. None of the AFC playoff teams feel that scary to win at -- there's no trip to Arrowhead this year.

100%. It’s not what we will be bitching about all off season. They are in the dance and anything is possible in this league. We still have one the leagues best QB’s. Sit him next week and let the chips fall where they may. Team is far far from perfect but they are never out

Wide open and has to make the throw and catch. But I also don’t like how it took awhile to develop and Allen is fading so far backwards. It’s asking for pressure. Has to make it period but kicking 100% lost the game.

How about the Eagles #***face. Can't make a kick vs the other 30 teams but vs the Bills in monsoons he's the GOAT.

Go rewatch the last couple drives vs the chiefs in our home playoff games . He was eschewing (you like that word use) wide open receivers and throwing instead into double coverage. Overall he’s one of the greatest all time statistically in the playoffs, but something weird happens in the final few minutes . That’s why when he DID score what should have been the winning TD during the 13 seconds game , it was such a massively blown opportunity that the organization will likely never recover from

The bills basically had 1 guy miss a big kick against us the last 10 years. But we had 12 on the field so they got a re-do and made it anyway

Could've cost us multiple SBs. Maybe he'd be a lot more relaxed after getting one. Not crazy to think it's all connected. They're not robots.
