Oh and BTW there is a place down (Wilmington nc) here that advertises wings using the anchor bar recipe. They are excellent. Also a sandwich shop that sells a good version of beef on weck.

Ha, Library & BBC were bars on Bailey (Library was downstairs, and BBC was upstairs), a couple blocks north of Annacone's. I think that the Harley dealership is I the building that used to house Library & BBC.

Stuffed Mushroom has been closed for probably about 15 years, and I think that Audubon is open under a different name.

There is a library right next to north campus in the movie theater/ U plaza. Never been in but from what I've heard it's really cramped. The bar almost reaches the opposite wall and it's impossible to sqweez through.

Also, I believe it's still called the autobon, but I think there may have been a recent remodel. At least I don't rememebr it being a dive bar when I was there as someone above mentioned. Only there once though about 4 years ago so not the best memory.

The only places near north that were worth it were the U when they used to do flip nights on Fridays and slick willies on Thursdays; that place is a mad house. Tore my MCL in a dance off there, shoulda saw the other guy though, he didn't stand a chance. Ahhhhh the memories.
