Fix the OL, and next year's squad can be a 9 or 10 win team. It's really that simple.

And the "fix" could come from a combination of returning guys, and portal additions, for young guys like the two Cruz's taking the next step.

If we had two quality ol transfers who can challenge the start, it elevates the overall quality and takes what we can do up front to the next level.

Honestly, as long as we land a competent C -

somebody who can snap the ball without 2+ false starts per game, and doesn’t make the QB have to look like Ozzie Smith -

we’ve got enough solid components for the other 4 slots to field a solid OL.

But yes - IF we can bring in 2 or even 3 more talented OL, it brings the entire O up another notch.
Or several.

Yeah definitely a fight for them. I am not sure if Weitzman dollars are in the mix this cycle or not. I am hoping if so that if other schools throw the NIL dollars at the QBs, WRs and DEs, we throw ours all at the Oline.

2021 and 2022 were the 2 years where he used 2 years of eligibility?
