Kepnang was also recruited out of high school by some big name programs like Kentucky. That says it all. I've seen several of his games in HS. Athletic bigs are hard to get.
I don’t think anyone is competing with JBA for playing time.have we offered Frank? I'm thinking it might be an advantage having his former HS teammate, JBA, on the team. It appears that JBA has evolved into more of a stretch 4 so they wouldn't compete for playing time.
I agree with this. Would be shocked if he goes somewhere that has a solid starting center returning.Much like our Frank I bet he’s transferring to be a starter somewhere. They are similar players blocked by other kids.
There is a "stretch" here, that much is true.have we offered Frank? I'm thinking it might be an advantage having his former HS teammate, JBA, on the team. It appears that JBA has evolved into more of a stretch 4 so they wouldn't compete for playing time.
Any reason this guy couldn't start with Jesse & Benny?

Congrats Hop!

The problem for Hop now is that he just lost Emmitt Matthews, who’s somehow going back to West Virginia. Can someone tell me how it’s possible for Matthews to transfer again without sitting out? Doesn’t he have to sit out since he already transferred once?huge.
If he's got his degree and eligibility left, there's no sit out penalty even if hes already transferred once. The problem now for Hop now is that he just lost Emmitt Matthews, who’s somehow going back to West Virginia. Aha. So it’s considered a grad transfer? If he's got his degree and eligibility left, there's no sit out penalty even if hes already transferred once.
