They pulled a couple of games out of their rear but they're still not a good football team. They have a couple of very good players though and sometimes that's all you need to sneak up on someone.

Even us under GRob beat L'ville twice. One of which was on the road at a top 20 L'ville when we went 2-10 in 2007 lol.

Glad to see us play a complete game and finish this one out. We looked good overall and some squirrely calls by the officials in the second half mostly didn't help us.

And I got my over 6.5 wins for the season so I'm happy!

Louisville is a good team and they just barely lost to Stanford. Syracuse is a good team and we just barely lost to Stanford. This is my logic.

If it wasn’t for pumped in noise it was like playing a neutral site. I’m sure it can get loud when crowded but wasn’t that way today. Just a beautiful day and made all that much better with a win surrounded by some great Orange fans.

Kinda, but only in the same unofficial way that, say, Pitt is East Coast. They're at a boundary and share some but not all cultural similarities.

Technically speaking UNLV's region is the 'Mountain West', or 'Mountain States'. Their conference is probably the most aptly named one in the BCS.

I think if someone gave me a bottle of Old Spice, I'd be mildly offended. I doubt anyone under the age of 30 uses it, so giving me that would be like a subtle way of saying "you're old". About the only thing worse would be Grey Flannel since I don't think many people under 65 use that anymore.

On the final drive LQA had a chance to bounce outside and could have had an easy TD, but he cut back for a 2 yard gain. Beyond frustrating at that point in the game. I hope Nixon continues working with him on identifying opportunities to make better decisions.

Great win. 4 ACC wins. 7 overall wins. Exceeded everything from last year. Don’t stub our toe next week in a sleepy Dome and we’re 8-3 with Miami coming to town.

Thought the OL had its best game of the year. We have a kicker now. D had a lot of good moments. Offenses are so good now it’s hard to be consistently great on D, just make enough big plays.
