Cal Postgame...

Louisville is a good team and they just barely lost to Stanford. Syracuse is a good team and we just barely lost to Stanford. This is my logic.
I hear ya. I was shocked when the announcers had said they lost 6 in a row.

Great game.

The O finally got off to a good start and really kept it up the whole game. Maybe we should move all of our games out West. Ran the ball early and well. Such an important thing.

We really have a new age ball control O. It is fun to watch. The question is can we keep it up next year without McCord and maybe no OG/Pena.

STs was pretty solid. Only issue was the one KO which seems to happen too often. We were lucky that the ball didn't go out but then unlucky the kid knew the rule.

The D let up another long run. But besides that they were good until that last drive. Looked like Diggs played more like a rushing OLB than a MLB this game. Also noticed early on a five man front at one point. Still don't get playing 3 Ss when none of them are good and our opponents aren't good at passing. Rather see another LB.

Fran has a set on him. Glad he got to wash them after the game. Any of those 4th downs could have totally changed the game.

Can't overlook UConn. We win that and Miami is house money.

It was odd, before the game I started to feel confident and was pissed we were a 10 point dog to this team. Who are they?

I hadn't seen much of Cal. Only highlights, box scores, computer rankings. I knew they won at Auburn (not that it is a big deal this year), and came close to a bunch of other wins. So I mistakenly thought they were better than their record. I was wrong. They are their record. I thought they stunk. Not trying to take away from what we did. It was a great effort going cross country and taking out a hot team.

Conference road wins always welcome. Great first half and hung in. I still think there is a lot of unrealized potential still. 6 points in second half is a bit disappointing, but glad our kicking game seems solidified.

Go Orange!

Winners Get Washed !!!

Well, I had no expectations yesterday based on three things. First, it is always difficult to play a West Coast game, seldom do you win. Second, SU seems to always fall behind by two touch downs in the first quarter and thirdly, we are a little banged up.

They played a good game and won and didn't have to" Hose Off" Fran at the airport.

Other than the loss to Stanford, this team has excelled. Beat NC State on the road. Beat VT. Beat Cal on
the road. Tough loss to BC on the road. Beat a good GT team. McCord is one of the most valuable players in the ACC. Where would we be without him?
Well I generally agree but I think you’re forgetting the Pitt game. Maybe it was so bad you purged it from your memory? :)

Swagger baby
Always thought old spice was an old man brand, but when they put the sticker on that said “smells like palm trees sunshine and freedom” I switched to it. And I’m pretty sure none of those things have a smell
