He got leveled by Desire after calling for a fair catch. It was a 15 yard penalty on us. Desir blew him up.

That's not when he got hurt. It was on a pass play. In fact I think two different pass plays. The one that finished him was the 2nd guy coming in hit him really hard driving his shoulder into the turf. It was pretty obvious on replay.

Alec and Mike came up together in Maryland - graduated the same year, were buddies going through camps, 7 on 7's, combines, etc. Sad to see his season come to end like this. Hope he heals before the combine and pro day - he's a good kid and a great athlete and deserves a shot.

Shame they both didnt both head to Syracuse. Of course I'm pleased we got the one we did!

Campanaro was hurt on one of his very first plays out there -- and I actually think it occurred when Spruill jammed him as he ran his route across the middle. Everything else after exacerbated the injury. It's too bad -- the kid is a gamer and great player.

It could be multiple plays , but watched the replay half arse and I think 18 was the top hit on the tackle which seemed to happen on a play from scrimmage . Appear legal just a pound to the grond tackle. He could have had a partial break. Hope he recovers for Sundays

Unfortunately when the Texans put him on IR in the preseason, he was done for the year. This is truly his redshirt year. He's settled in in Houston and learning to be a pro. Watch out for next season - he'll be healthy and hungry
