A lot of the comments will be from like 18 year olds. Here is just one example with Kiyan tagged and also one with Red tagged. And there’s plenty more.

If he just gives you something along the lines of DC his freshman year, tough on defense, rebound everything and dunk on people you have a good player. Not everyone has to be a shooter. If he decides to be an in your face defender on one end and then plays with a mean streak and determines that anyone in his way will get dunked on on the offensive end, he can help us. We need some athletic physical dogs. We have been sissy, weak, pushovers far too much the last few years.
That Charlie Woods has suffered. ( I agree with it in general)Parents suck and should be granted zero input for any sport their kids play. Zero
Ive seen my fair share and some parents should be both embarrassed and outlawed from ever attending a game again. I never sat with other parents for any of the games. That Charlie Woods has suffered. ( I agree with it in general)
My biggest fear is that if you actually asked that question to Melo his response would be..."OK, I'll do it." I've got no problem with the university seeking Melo's opinion, privately. But the hard truth is that Devo may be closer to correct than those of us that have decided Red has to go. In my opinion once we realized who Carlos is as a PG this season was toast. It is entirely possible that Red sees Carlos for who he is but thinks it could be worse without him. JJ's injury was unfortunate timing as I think Carlos's minutes were going to dramatically decrease, but then he was all that was left as a ball handler. This team is close enough that we need to expect Red to coach them to a few close wins, that is his job. If he doesn't, I don't think even Devo or Melo would expect him to keep his job after a 10 win season.Lets be honest, many of us are afraid of a mass exodus of any current talent on the roster that can return, along with the next recruiting class, if a new hire happens. This is a situation where the next recruiting class is top priority, aside from finding a decent coach.
That being said, I think Wildhack needs to go to Carmelo and ask, who is our guy? Who can come in and prioritize his son, Sadiq White, and the top talent on this team, while also being a top tier coaching option this program can move forward with? Carmelo needs to have a say in this matter. He is the best NBA talent to ever come out of this program, and his son is a gem in the next class who I'm sure he pushed to come here. Why would he want his son to play for someone who can't coach? He should use his influence and help as best he can, for the sake of this program as well as his son's future.
He's not just a players parent he's the best player in program historyif you start asking the players parents who should be the coach, you should be fired.
Not sure if that means anything in terms of whether Melo can help in getting a good coach. He's not just a players parent he's the best player in program history
If we get Smith, he will be the reason.Maybe because we would like to keep Freeman and White. And the guy has a rep as a good recruiter. Just spit balling here.
