As all smooth guys run, they generally need more explosive work to improve time and i think most of his improvement will be in first 10 yds. this kid can get in the 10.0-10.2 bye senior easy. explosive strenghth training added with a hoge pog of box jumps and pure explosive work and this kid is gonna do great things.
