Has great smooth form. As his arms pump faster he starts pulling away with long strides. As all smooth guys run, they generally need more explosive work to improve time and i think most of his improvement will be in first 10 yds. this kid can get in the 10.0-10.2 bye senior easy. explosive strenghth training added with a hoge pog of box jumps and pure explosive work and this kid is gonna do great things.
