What's the story with this kid? Is he Div. I material? He looks quick and he shows some shiftiness.

I think he is, but I am far from a Division I coach. Have been surrounded with HS football and been a coach. This kid is ligit in my opinion. I also thought we should have went after Rouse though too. Rouse got PT last week in critical game time as a freshman. But I will not question our staff, just my opinion that Salter could play DI.

I was told by an Ex-SU player that the staff liked Rouse, but didn't want a local guy buried on the depth chart.
