funny, the game keeps cutting out, but the commercials play just fine

I had the same exact deal on laptop. Switched to iPad (we've had that for a week) and it works great. Night and day despite same wifi. I'm trying to figure out what causes the diff. Was using my work laptop so plenty strong and no junk on there to bog it down.
