Did you watch the games? The one box score seems pretty similar. He outplayed Tillery in both meetings

Haven’t offered yet, but he was at our elite camp last year. Are we actually involved here or is this a thread that has taken on a life of its own?

The part the naysayers don’t say out loud is that he’s a white, suburban, guard. He outplayed Tillery twice and is a year younger. Why wouldn't we?
That’s a stupid comment. So was Andy Rautins, Brandon Triche and Tyler Ennis. The part the naysayers don’t say out loud is that he’s a white, suburban, guard.

Wait...umm...nevermindThat’s a stupid comment. So was Andy Rautins, Brandon Triche and Tyler Ennis.
No one thought Rautins could play and he was considered a waste of a scholarship. JG was likewise pilloried when being recruited. No one thought Lyndon was worth the scholarship until he got to campus. Not sure Triche and Ennis meet all of the criteria. That’s a stupid comment. Kid is a natural. If he was 6'4 & ...nm he would be a top 25 recruit.
Never thought Id see the day when a fellow Chittenangoan would play at Cuse. I hope it happens.
His ball handling and passing is really solid, he is not just a scorer. At a few Nango games I went to he made it a point to keep his teammates involved and gave up some easy shots for him to make some amazing sneaky passes to get his boys even easier shots.
I think he might have a hard time gaining solid muscle weight but he has that lean strength.
Size is the only issue here.
For sure, highlights I have watched from Cushing dude gets a steal and dribbles down court and it looks he is on fast forward compared to everyone else and/or makes the right & perfect pass. Here is just one clip showing his defense and quickness.Yep he is small and 5-10 - but I love watching him dance around with the ball and a 5-10 kid with a 40 inch vert that can dunk in an actual game is exciting - this is nothing like that stiff we had for 4 years
I can guarantee u that he will be here - whether or not we land another higher “rated” PG I can’t say but this kid will get an offer soon and is coming - he’s gonna end up with a lot of high offers but he’s playing at Cuse that I assure
I’ve gotta assume that the “stiff” that you keep referring to is Joe Girard. That “stiff” scored over 2000 points in college and played in the elite 8 and sweet 16. Ryan should aspire to have that kind of college career. There is no need to denigrate another player time and again in order to attempt to elevate Ryan. Ryan is exciting with the ball and can dunk. Hundreds of other high school players can do the same thing. College ball is a different story. Let Ryan’s story play out and we will see.Yep he is small and 5-10 - but I love watching him dance around with the ball and a 5-10 kid with a 40 inch vert that can dunk in an actual game is exciting - this is nothing like that stiff we had for 4 years
If he can play it doesn’t matter. That line of thinking cost us Brunson and Morris. It is not the zone days anymore.Sorry, but I’m not really crazy about a 5-10 guard. Prefer someone taller and stronger.
Well, I watched guys shoot over a 5-10 guard all season and I’ve seen it enough. If he can play it doesn’t matter. That line of thinking cost us Brunson and Morris. It is not the zone days anymore.
