Chrome Issues

I recently got a new laptop and for whatever reason, the forum is not functioning properly on Chrome. I can't post anything (the text box to post just does not appear). Also, when I click on my notifications, instead of just seeing recent notification on the drop down, it takes me right to the notifications page. Finally, if I click to like a post, it takes me to a new page to "confirm action." It only does this on Chrome on my new laptop, so I'm really not sure at all what the problem is. I'm posting this from Microsoft Edge on my new laptop.
