I don’t remember there being lightning delays at football games when I was younger. Seems to happen multiple times a weekend now.

I also don’t remember anyone ever being struck by lightning at a game when I was younger.

even the woman's speaking error outside the locker room about "give us your best 30 minutes", the team going to the sideline and making a u-turn, and coming back to a quiet locker room.

Feel like they’re increased radius of the warnings and the time. Used to only been visible lightning. Now it’s like a golf course with warning systems.
