Clock management

Or mismanagement. I remember Dino getting a little testy when a reporter questioned his clock management. He said he prides himself in it. But ... there continues to be examples of questionable decisions

It's been the whole time he's been here. Unfortunately there hasn't been a lot of close games but the few there has been have had multiple instances of terrible clock management.

pasqualoni never seemed to grasp the concept either. but his product far exceeded what we're watching now.
