This staff has been burning up the recruiting trail, it seems, since their hiring. A lot of new names, a lot of activity. I understand you'll have new names when you bring a new staff in but I like the aggressiveness.
It seemed, in years past we were hanging on to what we already had from poachers at this time. Maybe that's better, but, I, for one like being on the attack in the weeks leading up to National LOI Day.
Can this staff close the deal on some of the bigger names we're looking at? Guys like Spearman, Simeon Thomas and can they hang onto guys we've already grown to like, Smith, Brown & Edwards.
I think it'll be a mixed bag, but I also thoroughly enjoy the process. Social media has made it a nonstop endeavor. And I may follow twitter, even though I'd never tweet a recruit, but I think it definitely provides insight.
Gonna be an exciting couple of weeks IMO.
