As we saw earlier in the thread, some of our fans have been watching hero iso (lack of) motion offense for so long that they literally cannot even recognize modern sets.

Again. It does not mean that he has to leave Ames. We get him in a room and give him an offer and have a conversation.

We cast a wide net and go after the best.

It’s a loser mentality by several people here saying that we shouldn’t go after the best “because we’re not what we used to be”

They may not be interested or maybe they’re only half interested and not going anywhere but we go after them aggressively none the less.

And I know I'll probably get flak for it, but I still prefer BH. I won't argue that Otzelberger would an incredible get though!

And you would deserve the flak. I watch every Iowa State game and they are for real. Have been since TJ arrived. Syracuse will always be my #1 team but Iowa State will always be my #2. Sad thing is I live less than 90 minutes from Carver Hawkeye, have been to a few games, but can't get the enjoyment out of the Hawkeyes that I do from the Cyclones, which is over 3 hours from my home.
