That just isn't true. I know the keep it in the family people really want to believe that but if we are winning at a high level it will not matter who the coach is.

I respectfully disagree. I am not a keep it in the family person at all. It's simple really, if someone you already adore gives you the results you greatly desire it means that much more.

That’s actually an amazing idea. GMAC and Langel would cook. I have very little confidence we can put together competency in all areas at the present. I hope my gut is very wrong.

Your second pont is what you need to focus on. They aren't serious about hiring the best coach if they hire GMac. They are hiring him because of feelings nothing more
