GMac with a lot of money is better than whoever you like with not a lot of money. If the NIL storiers are true, GMac is by far the best option

Limited by his offensive system not by who they are playing.

Uh huh.. as if Duke going primarily with zone had nothing to do with it.. He does not have the players to win 1 on 1 matchups within his sets especially when they start to struggle from distance. You need your 1,2,3 to be able to win 1 on 1 matchups WITHIN the system and sets or you get shutdown by more athletic and physically gifted players.. christ.. did you see how hard it was for them to be able to set solid sceens? Dudes were getting rolled... they were physically outmatched but played hard. They then ran out of gas but coaching was on point most of this game.. and i could careless if GMAC is coach or not... anyone that knows the game.. knows what was happening

GMac ran a ton of different looks and made on the fly adjustments on both ends. With his primary rotation of guys he should have had if not for academic issue with Chandler and injuries he wins this game and probably might have even won the MAAC outright plus the tourney.

I would congratulate Martelli. and I don't care if he does or doesn't. If he gets the job at the Cuse, great. It's just that so many bowed down to BH, who I wanted as the coach. I bought in to it. But I never put Gerry's coaching down like others have here. But who did South Florida beat this year, who exactly this year? South Florida looked totally unprepared today. I can't imagine what would have been said if Siena looked like that against #1 seed Duke.
