I don’t know how people will think it’s because she’s a woman when her track record (and the trouble she’s in now) is awful.

I have yet to come across somebody in the industry that has a worse reputation than Heather Lyke. When you mention her name to people, they legitimately laugh. The amount of horrendous stories that I have heard about this lady is ridiculous.

Again, a serious administration does not make that hire.

A good friend of mine who is a pitt grad and happens to be female, and pretty locked into the athletic program there was stunned we even hired her as an assistant ad.

Seriously whoever is the one pushing her should also get serious looks as to her job status and value to this university. I mean isn’t Lyke literally involved in a similar type of lawsuit related to women’s basketball that Syracuse just went through? Seriously, I can’t believe it.

You can always be a fan, but you don’t have to drive two hours to every game. SU better get this right or the program will sink to an even lower level than it is now.

I can say with the utmost confidence that our next coach is Brian Hodgson. Thing are in progress and this will be done and announced once USF is out of the ncaa tournament. It is a job he really wants and he is going to get it.

You’re worried about the wrong thing right now. BH at least is a winning coach and most likely best candidate we can grab from reports. You should be 1000% concerned about the AD hire.
