Dorothy Mantooth’s a saint!I hear he has an in with Pete Thamel's grandmother.
No one of any consequence. I first met you at a SU dinner s as t hotel Syracuse in the early 80’s. Then at a few parties at some minor boosters homes at a couple football meet and greets. Then at SU a few more times at booster get together. You were always a gentleman and well above the goings on. We spent some time talking football with Wayne Rogers discussing and incoming recruit Donavan Mc Nabb. After that time saw you a number of years later at another SU get together pre season. Anyway hope you are well. Hope this all straightens itself out and the university we both care so much about make the correct decisions and the”$$$ money people can swallow hard and do the right thing.30 years? lol. who are you?
It seemed like Providence, Seton Hall and UConn were always the 8-9 game on opening day of the Big East Tourney when the league only had 9 teams. They were bottom dwellers for a long time before Pitino. UConn got good when Calhoun took over.I’ll take Hoops Weiss information and sources over any dumb Providence troll. Btw what’s with the stupid “friar” thing they do for literally every post? I don’t remember them having any fans when we annually whooped them in the Big East. Hak says hi.
wow. what a memory. hope all is well for you too. we've had a crazy ride all these years in both fball and bball. be well friend. No one of any consequence. This might be my favorite post in this whole rambling threadNo one of any consequence. I first met you at a SU dinner s as t hotel Syracuse in the early 80’s. There’s some on OT that are over 1400 pages, but I’d exclude those because there just ongoing catch all on a “funny things” topicWhat is the record?
Bro, it’s Friday night. Some people have better things to do than scour a message boardI have said countless times, I am a Syracuse truther. This board hasn’t been quiet like it has been tonight in like 3 days.
No I wasn't scolding. Just suggesting. I am calm. But there is something to see hereDasher I feel like you scolded me like I'm a bad student.
Usually you remain calm in these threads, this sounded serious. Now I'm worried.
I think that is true.Dick “hoops” Weiss is so old im pretty sure he broke the news that syracuse was hiring jim boeheim
Gracias mi amigo, right back at you. N peace and God Blesswow. what a memory. hope all is well for you too. we've had a crazy ride all these years in both fball and bball. be well friend.
I know, I had some sarcasm. I now got homework to do, lolNo I wasn't scolding. Just suggesting. I am calm. But there is something to see here
Feel like it has to be Olen and Gerry right? Maybe Gallo if he doesn’t have a better offerIf they can pull Olen from the West Coast that would be an amazing hire for BC. I am shocked Skinn didn't get a call.
I hate all our options. I want Hodgson. He’s perfect. And we need a fast paced modern offense in the Dome based on analytics. Kyle Smith is a very good coach but he’s not going to be the pro at player acquisition that Hodgson can be. This is all very bad.Keep in mind that another name on the carousel is Kyle Smith at Stanford. And Blair was very involved in hiring him at Washington State.

Smith plays an Analytics type of offense too, just not the highest coring timeI hate all our options. I want Hodgson. He’s perfect. 16 years and one tournament at multiple schools. Most wins ever is 25. 13 seasons of at least 12 losses. Not a serious or innovative hire.Smith plays an Analytics type of offense too, just not the highest coring time
I'm not saying he should be a hire, just saying he plays an Analyticsy style, also outside of 3 seasons at San Francisco and maybe the last 2 years at Stanford, he has consistently been at school with less than stellar resources relative to the conference.16 years and one tournament at multiple schools.
