Yeah, playing time.something is missing here
First casualty of increased depth of talent?Yeah, playing time.
The optimistic way of looking at this is that he was a pretty good recruit, and if he thinks he's got guys ahead of him, that means the guys ahead of him are even better.First casualty of increased depth of talent?
Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar. Sometimes a lack of playing time is just a lack of playing time.
I'm inclined to believe that's the prime reason for this.
I got it from a person from a paid site who I don't think I'm allowed to name here.Where is everyone getting playing time as a reason? He isn't stupid no matter where he goes, there is nothing guaranteed.
With that said I bet he ends up in the Ivy league. He isn't going to another 1A school, or he'd lose a year.
And then if they realize the glass is of beer they drink it anyway because hey, free beer. Some people look at a glass and see it as half full.
Some people look at a glass and see it as half empty.
People from Syracuse look at a glass and automatically assume you're trying to poison them. :noidea:

Kelly029x said:Trey is definitely missing Colton, but they will always remain friends. And his leaving had nothing to do with playing time. Anomander got it. And has nothing to do with being close to home as the school he is looking at isn't any closer than SyracuseGreat kid, and he will succeed wherever he goes!
Some here got that from another site, where they have no clue. As you just said, as Ano said, as I said and a couple others, PT was not the issue and the statements made by SU were just SOP.
And both sites got it straight from Shafer. God forbid people decide to take our head coach at his word until any other info is presented to suggest what he's saying is not true.Actually some got it from a recruiting site.
