There are parking garages ($20 or 25, don't remember) off of Adams St. going up the hill and then a long walk or you can park at Sky Top for $15 and catch a bus that drops you off pretty close to the Dome.
It's too much of a crap shoot to hope for free parking options.

8-10 mins...park at MLK Magnet School. $5 to park. If no one is there it is free. Park on the back side (closest to I-81)
Park at MLK. Walk over to Castle Street (south), head under the I-81 overpass the road turns left and becomes Renwick. Continue walking north on Renwick until you come under the Fineview Overpass. Just on the far side of the overpass is a set of concrete stairs. Walk up those stairs. They will come out near the corner of Raynor and Fineview. Walk towards the old train station (south)...turn left and go up a big hill on Raynor. That leads you to the dome. The Fine Lot is the first lot on the right as you walk up the steep hill. Our tailgate is at the low end of the lot next to the tree line and will be the biggest tailgate in the lot...easy to find. Unless you can climb over the fence walk up to entrance at the top of lot on Henry and walk back down to the tailgate. Ask anyone to point you to Lincolncuse to pay. You are welcome as a Cuse or FSU fan...no worries.
