What happened to Connor Russell? I may be late, but he was at one point a commit to Syracuse now I see he is going to Albany. Anyone know what happened?

Per his twitter, he had concussion issues and the school wouldn't clear him to play so he switched to Albany. Sounds like it all went down earlier this month.

That's just weird IMO. Shouldn't concussion standards be the same? Maybe he had to sign a waiver to play at Albany?
