Cornell Postgame

Before the game I asked for a bigger margin win (20) to see progress from game 1-3, to game 4-5, then to game 6. I think we could have reached my initial target with some better rotation decisions -- so I will say it was another game with arguably positive progress,

Red has to be better though.
It was +20, over the last 35 minutes.

I hope we see more of Cuffe he immediately turned things around defensively.

Moore stepped up and covered for terrible performances by Starling and Bell. Donnie played hard on both ends and stepped up for Lampkin and Davis being so so.
Best I remember Cuffe playing.

Here is the thing about JJ which drives me absolutely nuts. It is hideous when he drives to the left and throws it up with his right. The physics just don't work. The angle is wrong. That is why half the time the ball just spins out. It's stupid. At this level you have to be able to finish with your left. A la Devo
Btw the coaches teach this now

Regardless if they teach it or not, at this level, it is extremely disappointing to see someone consistently use the wrong hand and jump off the wrong foot. It is ugly and most of all the ball doesn't go in as much as it should

Why hasn't a coach tied his right hand behind his back? He gets beat to his left on defense constantly too.

It's taught to have something in your toolbox for when you have to adjust, not for every play use.

On no basketball court is this being taught as a feature.
