I'm guessing 42 k give or take 1500. This based on ticketmaster.

That would be nice but maybe a bit optimistic?

I usually stay out of attendance issues but 42,000 for Homecoming against the #1 team is very disappointing. Was expecting between 45 and 48.

I never have any predictions - but the secondary market for this game seems pretty active. Leads me to believe a lot of people who have tickets wont be going

That would be more than in 2004 when FSU rolled into town for a night game. I believe we had 40k. I recall FSU traveled fairly well, enough to be heard and I was in the opposite corner of the field from their section. I remember being bummed they didn't bring their band though.

If we had one more win, I think the game would've been like Clemson last year. If we were 4-1, it would be a sellout. When opportunity knocked, we

I think that one was about 42, but it was a long time ago. I remember the tailgate being a blast, and talking about that bubble-ish screen play we used to run that would get our WR killed.

A bunch of seats opened up in the North west corner of the dome Monday. Looks like FSU must have returned about 2000 tickets. I don't think they are traveling like they did back then or this game is such a blowout they just didn't sell, or a little of both.

Saving their energy for next weekend. Saving their $ for their traveling jamboree of ACC Championship game in Charlotte, then a potential twofer in the playoffs. I can't say as I blame them.

Good Point, didn't even think of the potential extra game.

lower deck is nearly packed, upper deck is better then the previous games this year. Thats what I based guess on.

Yeah, I hadn't really thought of it either until you mentioned them returning tickets. But the biggest impact of that will be the ACC Championship game. Won't impact every conference. In fact, probably just the ACC this year. Big 12 doesn't have a title game. Pac-12 holds it at the stadium of the team with the best record (I think, still?). SEC being in Atlanta is not only a monster event, but most of the big fanbases can get there easily. B1G is looking more and more like they won't have a participant in the playoffs anyway.

For Florida State, a trip to Charlotte when you likely have two more trips upcoming, that's going to be something you have to think about.

If we get a good homecoming walk up, 44k.

It's too bad we have played so poorly the last few weeks could've easily been a sell out but tickets have stopped selling.

Yeah but they brought their cheerleaders...

Anything less than 45,000 is an embarrassment.

We used to get crowds like this for UConn and Rutgers.

Be prepared for it because it is likely unless we get a huge walk-up which is possible for homecoming. When the offense shows no capability or hope this is what happens. A change was made lets see how it works moving forward.

To get 45K ,we're going to need a substantial # of casuals.I can't see them spending the $ , time or effort to come to what they believe will be a sure slaughter.I think attendance is going to suck for this one.

I could understand if we were playing Wake Forest, but this is Florida State.

I don't know how embarrassed I am. I have sat through 3 miserable football games at the dome. Most likely 4 Saturday but at least I have no expectations Saturday so I won't be that upset. This rendition did nothing the past couple weeks to attract the casuals and we all know thats who we need to get up into the high 40s.

I predict the Silver Surfer's family will take up their usual 7,000+ seats throughout the Dome. Many on the first level on the SU side of the field.

Yea, disappointing and has been for years. Says that SU is doing something wrong.

They really need to restructure ticket pricing. There are always seats available in the 3rd level between the 30s in the front 1/3rd of the sections. If anyone looks at ticketmaster right now they can see it.

we have had two rutgers games over 42K since 92-94, 36K was about the avg the last 10 times we played them

we had 40K for #8 FSU in 02. we should beat the 25K we had in 1978 though..
