Maybe because Duke had UNC by 30, but the final was 17. Scheyer might do the same and rest up Flagg and Company for Clemson although Flagg did play 38 minutes vs the Tar Heels.

The easing up by Duke that we saw vs. the Tar Holes leads me to feel more comfortable taking the Duke 1st half spread. I can't see the line on Fanduel in NY. I might have to make a run to the PA border this afternoon.

I too think it is one of their more balanced teams. that said the ineptness of the league is making them look awesome and when push comes to shove a fairly young 18 year old is going to have to carry some developing guys over the top in the tournament.

I can see it in Florida even though you can't use Fanduel here. The line on both FD & DK is 17.5 this morning. For the game. Not the 1st half. The 1st half spread on FD is 9.5.

Opening lines alwas come within one of KP projected line (using ADJEm), with very few exceptions.
I predicted exactly 17.5 a few days ago based off KP.

Next game against BC, it will come in at -8 or -8.5 for us, unless it changes slightly because we do very well tonight.

Now don't ask me who will actually win the line.

I saw a Tik Tok on the 2003 Championship team compared to Duke this season. The Flagg/Knueppel combo as freshmen feels very similar to the Anthony/McNamara combo as freshmen.

I didn't see the Tik Tok but I think our 2003 team had more depth and more cogs than this Duke team. But, comparing just the Frosh, then yes.

The only pro SU argument I can make is this game is a sandwich spot for Duke. Coming off the UNC game and playing Clemson next.
