This sounds too high to me. First off, FSU just beat SMU on Saturday. Secondly, as I mentioned in the FSU gameday thread early yesterday morning (when I predicted the win I might add), we are peaking at the right time. The streak of 5 consecutive games that I referenced where we have had double-digit leads is now up to 6 straight. Lastly, we shot 2-14 from three last night (14%) and 22-32 from the line (54.5%) -- I think odds are very good that we improve on these numbers tonight.

Better turnout than any other team so far. By far. Still nothing crazy.

I was expecting the line to come in at +7.0 (the KP figure). (SMU is 10.5 pts/100 possessions better than us on a neutral court)

Surprised to see it come in at +8.5 (although not totally outside expectations). I assume they add a few points for the "rest"/"no rest" factor.

He's looked pretty healthy. I do think they should use the zone around TV timeouts to steal minutes here and there for him.

I think we got exactly what we expected from Eddie. A good offensive player, passer, scorer and rebounder on both ends but not mobile defensively and not an intimidator down low. He's got a ton of double-doubles this season. When he's been stopped it's because the other team is doubling him or overplaying him to deny the ball or when he was playing hurt. He's been exactly as advertised. He's not been the problem in this forgettable season. On the contrare, he's been one of the few bright spots.
