I don't think so. I have no idea what the final result will be. None at all. But I believe JW when he said that he heard from people he was surprised to hear from. And I think there was some smoke behind the fire. I think if there wasn't, we would already have our guy.

I don’t get the NE coach thing. There are not enough good-great HS players in the NE to field a competitive ACC team.

You do realize that since Babers arrived, the recruiting base of New England, NJ, NY, PA, MD has collapsed for Syracuse? Syracuse doesn't have to get all of their recruits from the recruiting base, but they are getting few of the top ones. For example, in the last five classes, there were 20 top 50 QBs from the recruiting base and none are went to Syracuse.
