That was such a strange era in Syracuse basketball. 2018-2020 getting commits from multiple high ranked kids in Dior Johnson & Darius Bazely who seemingly had low character issues.

We definitely dodged a couple of bullets there.

A friend of mine saw him play as an 8th grader for Saugerties. And, while visiting family in Texas, saw him again this past season at Tarleton St.

It's true. People were wrong that said he wouldn't make money. It probably speaks to the craziness that is professional sports income. No industry pays people more before they've demonstrated their qualifications to do a job or after they've shown they're not very good at it.
