I think we offered Kyle Foster even later in the recruiting process and the coaches absolutely love him. This staff (probably Wheatly in this case) has a knack of uncovering guys that can play.

As for uncovering players like this and Foster, that's what having recruiting contacts will do for you. It only takes one of your buddies to call you and say, "hey, there's a kid here you should really take a look it"

Definitely a playmaker so I would say WR/returner for sure.

Nice reel. Sees the field really well. Doesn't get caught from behind. One thing that I see is questionable leaping ability for a WR.

Players offered later in the game might be kids that had a very good senior season... maybe were not on the radar before.
