Day 8 Camp (Fan Fest) Tweets,Articles,Photos and Video

So glad to see so many kids out there. I know many were probably focused on the bouncy stuff, but if they became Orange fans early, they're in it for a lifetime. I'm doing my part down in Jersey. My 11 year old said, "Dad, I know where I want to go to college." When asked where, he said, "Syracuse, of course." When I asked him if he had a second choice he responded, "Why would I want a second choice?" Then he added, "There's no way that I'd ever go to Rutgers. I don't care how much you paid me!" I'll admit, it makes a dad proud!

You've raised your boy right that's for sure!

Thanks for this great thread all day yesterday. CNY looked gorgeous, and images of salt potatoes dipped in melted butter with local farmers' corn on the cob and fresh tomatoes kept running through my mind. The football looks good too!

It just brings a tear to my eye knowing the future generation is being raised so well.

I brought my wife and two boys (5 and 2) on a whim when other less fun plans got cancelled. I concur on the even being top notch. The weather was beautiful, bouncy stuff was perfect for the kids, and it was nice to see the other orange teams out hanging with the community (men's soccer, women's volleyball, women's field hockey). My kids loved racing their old man on the turf.

Didn't get to see too much football. My 5 year old was rooting for the "red" team and I think I confused him by telling him they were all 1 team. My two year old found the one spot under the soccer bleachers my wife couldn't find him, so we had to leave early ;).

I saw Steve Ishmael make a huge catch down the sideline. Kid looks real good. Frosh LB's look like cream of last years class. We're in good hands with this staff.
