I figured. I meant more reaction time after the snap.

Just some tidbits. The offense is currently running at about 25% of what Babers expects in terms of speed. The defense has no clue what's coming at them but they are being taught to react to what the offense is giving them as well. Both are being taught by video and repetition and because they go so fast now it's like 2 times the practice reps (or can be) in the same amount of time frame versus all of our previous coaches. Now I actually think we won't see the true Babers top end until he gets his own players on board as they need player who have lots of stamina over everything else.

When it comes to plays its all hand signals that are so minutely different that play calling on both sides is completely different as well. The defense, because they have to react and not think, takes longer to adjust than the offense. From a former player who attended a practice session - "I have never seen anything like it before in my life it's just amazing to watch".

Amazing to me it's still too slow for Babers...and I was really amazed and excited by the reaction and the description given by this former player...my gut tells me this is going to be a fun time for SU Football...

Good to see you back! A little birdie told me that Steven is going to be a superstar of the ACC assuming Babers can recruit a cast of supporting players for him. I am very glad he stayed with SU!

I continue to believe that Eric Dungey is well suited to play in Dino's offense.

In the last ten plus years, no player since maybe Walter Reyes has gotten me more pumped about Syracuse Football.
