Syracuse head coach Dino Babers said freshman safety Devon Clarke is out with a medical issue. Watched in t-shirt and shorts. No timetable.

Limited in practice today for Syracuse: TE Josh Parris, LB Parris Bennett, LB Ted Taylor, S Chauncey Scissum. No specifics from Babers.

Scissum did have his arm in a sling this summer. Was not wearing anything on his hand/arm during practice.
