And saying limited in practice or not participating is pretty vague. My guess is they let them say that much. And if he is doing something wrong I am sure he will hear about it.

If you watch the post practice presser Bailey asks Babers about those players that were limited, if he wanted to add anything.

So why did they choose Tampa 2 again? We couldn't get pressure on blitzes last year let alone just rushing 4.
