That's how the big boys do it. Fran isn't looking to build a B tier program at Cuse. As much as most of us have thought at times that maybe Cuse has a mid major level ceiling for plethora of reasons I'm pretty certain HCFB and the rest of the staff plan to blow the roof off that reality.

Yeah one of the top football programs in VA. I'm loving this staffs focus on the DMV kids. Hope we can pull more of them
