We've put in a lot of time and effort to flip this kid. Well done. Hopefully he's good. Have to wonder what kids think of a program when you come up for a visit and the offense only puts up 39 passing yards. Maybe these kids are so confident in themselves that they think they're the missing piece as opposed to going to Ohio State and sitting.

This is a good sign. The one thing that always concerns me with those with good recruiting reputations is they can’t get the kids to come here. Fran has quickly shown that is not the case, and even with the atrocious year, he continues to keep high level kids committed, and adding to the list. They are accumulating a lot of young talent. I think he will turn things around once we get a QB and being able to sign the kids you are used to recruiting is a huge step in getting long-term buy-in.

Yup and keep getting top 35 recruiting classes every year. Add a few stud transfers every year and we are in good shape. If Angeli stayed healthy this year it’d be a completely different year and I think we’d be going bowling for sure. Just shows we NEED a capable back up QB. Our history the last like 15 years shows that
