I like he brought his own catchphrase in, and the players are buying into it!!Detail Accountability Relentless Tough
According to recruiting site 6’5 238. Could easily add 30 pounds of muscle and keep his speed. Video showed him playing te and wr.
I would have to disagree about not being able to gain 30 pounds of muscle. This kid is 6’5 and 17 years old. He could gain 30 pounds of muscle at his local gym let alone a P5 program with strength coaches and nutritionist.Maybe he gets to 238 one day but he looks about 210. Not that easy gaining 30lbs of muscle. Thinking he’s an OLB or walkup DEnd like Linton and Lowery.
Ok thank you!Detail Accountability Relentless Tough

Sorry for the stiletto earlier. I took it back. I am too deep into this storm to turn back. I thought everyone was up to date on DART by now only because I have read it about 90 times. All good things happening. I hope the momentum carries through the summer and into the season.Ok thank you!

Better nutrition program now, and Fran says they will do more lifting then in the past.Maybe he gets to 238 one day but he looks about 210. Not that easy gaining 30lbs of muscle. Thinking he’s an OLB or walkup DEnd like Linton and Lowery.
I'll be curious to see the S&C changes. A lot of ppl have hinted it was lacking. Players who got bigger and better did it on their own.Better nutrition program now, and Fran says they will do more lifting then in the past.
Reverse NIL. Pay to play. What if every recruit in the world tries to commit to Syracuse?

so jan feb mar apr may jun jul aug.. so in theory 8-15 lbs..Muscle or weight in general. A person can only add between half a pound to 2 lbs of lean muscle a month.

But Theory also applies to how drastic a change in his life style happens.. He could lose bad lbs and add good and lose weight.
Not sure why anyone would be suprised when teams take tall twitchy athletes and add weight to them. Its always been a standard thing to do.
My smaller kid is 6'5, 235. Similar build. I'll buy that Jahide is 235.Trust Fran and his track record of evaluating talent, but he’s not that big. No way. He looks like maybe 210 max in that commitment video. I’m sure he’ll add weight and hopefully contribute here in the coming seasons.
I agree at 6’5 kid is not 210. People are having Maric flashbacks. My smaller kid is 6'5, 235. Similar build. I'll buy that Jahide is 235.
Every inch, add 10 lbs. At 6.0? I'd guess 180's. Plus 50, and there ya go. Chandler Jones was 235 coming out of HS. (Now 265). This kid will be fine.I agree at 6’5 kid is not 210. People are having Maric flashbacks.
Sorry but what does Dart reference?
Thanks - Boy, what a poorly written article, though. Grudgingly complimentary while miffed all at the same time.Toad says he's 6-4 215 - that appears accurate.
Syracuse flips 3 commitments from N.J. during Fran Brown’s 1st big official visit weekend
Brown landed his second and third highest ranked recruits in his 2024 class, and an underrated edge who could make just as much of an impact for the Orange when he touches down next summer.www.nj.com
