Even if they can I’m not sure how it benefits them. It just shows our hand to other schools who we are highly interested in. If it’s found out, it isn’t a big thing, but why advertise it just because? Staff knows if a kid is there, the kid knows. The relevant need to know people would know. That’s the important part

Also, no benefit for the school to show their gameplan. It’s not like other schools make official announcements about who is on campus visiting

Secrecy should remain with the individual who is requesting it as long as the request is justified. It isn't up to the coach or anyone to divulge something personal that has been asked to remain private. This is basic protocol in Life unfortunately there are way too many people who for whatever reason don't adhere to it.

Yeah, I think that’s a given if somebody’s requesting privacy or secrecy like the kid, but if there’s just a visit, I think to play the game you should publicize it. it’s not some rando prospect. If it’s to keep iit a secret from other schools as I’ve often read, that makes no sense. Schools like Georgia and Alabama etc know where their prospects are visiting.

A commitment here feels like exactly what Tran needs. 6-2 has been very positive thus far. The Stanford loss and the Pitt blowout feel like they have taken some air out of the balloon. A top 100 recruit would turn heads once again
