Going to be interesting for sure. Wonder if someone becomes the Bill Snyder of the portal like how he built a perennial top 25 program off of all the Kansas Juco kids. Wonder if someone goes all in on the portal and goes half hs kids/half portal kids each year.

Deion Sanders is trying to do that at Jackson state he has taken 14 from the portal about half of them were former P5 players.
