Desko's Presser after ND

Bad 1h defensively before righting the ship. Desko right about knowing who is who but then not knowing who is who at start
Constabile is a flamethrower, might have the hardest shot in game, goalies react after ball in net. Quick first step on sweeps right, got by Fernandez for 1st tally then Kennedy for another, then our man down d ( which has been great ) inexplicably gave him too much open space to set feet to fire away on two man ups before his final tally in space from slide away that allowed another missile. . He was played much tighter and better in second half beyond those two man ups but cuse will have to defend from start knowing who he is if any acc rematch

Gleason is a shifty attackman. Took Mellen clean off a sweet move.. Bomberry may have had those penalties but he was the only closed defenseman sliding and helping our defensive mids who had difficult 1h. Helps to have a strong cover but team D also needs all to slide when necessary. That has to be addressed

Hobart has plenty of offensive power. Watched them vs Colgate and they were impressive. V vs JV . D gonna have to communicate and slide better from the beginning. Assume Porter will start and he could use better help from all to shake off his 1q doldrums.

Isn't this a replay of last year? How many times do you have to keep repeating the same mistakes before you change..? Is it all Coaching?
The same players or a combination of both..History is supposed to teach you about making the same mistakes over and over again.
Maybe they need a few recent History lessons, not the one's about banners hanging from the rafters...

Inconsistency seems to be a mark of most teams this year and Cuse is no exception . Cuse squad teases because team looks so good when they put it together on both ends. Watching the same team play two different halves these last several weeks has been maddening. Game to game surprises are understandable given wider team equality but such wide differences of play in game does perplex.
I highly doubt the team is unprepared coming in and second half surges suggest proper adjustments being made . Leadership and team spirit is great and a positive. More to like than dislike , just seems a simple matter of all being sharp and coordinated from the go and throughout. Rather surge late than fade late.

I do recall numerous infatuations with other coaches and teams that have fallen flat on their faces and are conveniently no longer mentioned . Long list
