More stock in HOFers than current players in the NFL?

Great for way-back-when bar stories. Not likely good when speaking to the amount of wins over the past 17 years.

There is a reason why we have not been in the Top 25 in 13 years.

It's just one piece for recruiting. If it's down to SU or Rutgers .. Rutgers can pull the "more in the current NFL" while SU could say well we have more hall of famers.

Sure, it's important, but it's not like it's Dino and the current staffs fault

How many 17-year olds care about what a 50/60-year old did a generation before Google was invented?

These guys might get a look at playing on Sundays:

Slayton
Zaire (if Lynch can do it, he can)
Paris ( natural playmaker, would need a late growth spurt, lol)
ED
Irv
Ish
Custis

Of course the offensive guys would need to put up #'s against the top competition coming up on the schedule. The rest of the schedule could be an opportunity to audition, the ultimate litmus test.

Slayton maybe. The others, no, though Erv and Dungey could likely have run in the CFL, if Erv reunites with his hands from last year.

Custis has done nothing with his measurables. Being 6'5" doesn't get one in the NFL.

I understand that. Just trying to stimulate him with some positive thinking... light a cherry bomb under his ass where as his mental approach and motor catches up to his measurables.
