Pinstripe Bowl? Looked like the ISU sideline judge was a woman. If so, that's the first female college football ref I have seen.

ESPN did a piece on her for one of their shows not too long ago. I guess she was in the UFL last year and was bumped up to Conference USA this year. They said she may even be in the NFL in the very near future.
