I was an SU undergrad in the '80s and have zero recollection of that.

Of course the copious amounts of alcohol I ingested at that time may have something to do with my lack of memory but still...

I know Utica college well, that was the Larry Costello years, I think his first name was Larry! Former nba coach. Anyway, they were a D1 school in the mid 80's and played syracuse at the dome every year. Utica college was a division of SU just like suny, multiple campuses same school. Utica college recently broke away and is no longer part of SU

SU played Utica 4 times between 1982-83 and 85-86.

All sports at Utica college were D-1 at that time.
I went there on a full ride for swimming from 82-86.
